To all 2,321 members of the Darlington Neighbourhood Watch Association.

I am pleased to infirm you that following the departure of Mr Roy Marks, our previous Chair, who has now taken up the position of Chair of Durham Force Area Neighbourhood Watch and the retirement of Mr Phil Chadwick, who previously served as Secretary, two new members have joined the DNHW Committee. They are Mr Fred Pole of Bellburn Lane Darlington and Mr Lee Talbot of Westmorland Street Darlington. I, Richard Beaumont, will act as Chair and Mr Vince Robertson will continue as Vice Chair.

As it is not practical to have you all attend a meeting to sustain the new committee I would ask if anyone has any objection to any of the members of the new committee would the please put your concerns in writing by email to me at the address below.

I hope that you are all continuing to receive reports on Cyber Crime from ourwatch.org.uk, through the alert system, and local crime from keepintheknow from the Durham Police Force.
