Hi Karen,
I hope that this message reaches you now that I have re-enabled your address on the NW Ourwatch system. Apparently Talktalk had been rejecting Alert messages as Spam for some time, so the system automatically set you as uncontactable. Everything else looks to be OK on your data record, so I'm hoping that the issue is now resolved. My home email on Talktalk has been playing up as well, but that seems to have settled down now, so hopefully yours is OK as well.
