A male was arrested yesterday in York City Centre for theft of a £170 Jacket and he has been charged to Magistrates Court with bail conditions.

Also of note, the City Centre Neighbourhood Policing team have recently charged 2 males both with 2 X Shop Theft and 2 X Cycle theft from a incident mid February. All property and cycles were recovered on arrest on the day, undamaged and the shop items in re-saleable condition which is great result considering both shop thefts were £170 and £250 respectively and the Cycles were both of a considerable value and importance to victims.
