Thames Valley Police is appealing for a specific witness to contact them in relation to an investigation into an incident of public indecency in Banbury.

On Monday 18 March 2024, officers have been stopped by a member of the public who informed them that a man had been seen indecently exposing himself in a public place in the High Street at approximately 4.20pm.
