Dear Residents,

This afternoon, officers from the Neighbourhood team conducted a speed checkpoint on Egerton Road, enforcing the 30mph speed limit on the road. We know from speaking to residents that speeding along this road is a concern for many of you.

Whilst there this afternoon 40 cars passed through our checkpoint and most drivers kept to the speed limit on the road and a few drivers were in the low thirties. 

We will continue monitoring this area for speeding. If anyone has concerns about speeding on a particular road please let us know via the link below.
